Indeed it is nothing special about listening and understanding. Nevertheless, I sometimes feel there is a huge gap between selling a solution and delivering the required solution.
As a contract research lab, it is our highest aim to provide studies which answer the questions of our clients. Most of the time these studies are according to standard test guidelines \(such as OECD 318\), but in almost every single case special care needs to be taken, since we are testing nanomaterials.
Rarely it makes sense to carelessly follow the standard procedures, without the necessary adjustments for nanomaterials, which highly depend on the intrinsic properties of each test item.
Therefore it is important to understand the test item and the needs of our client and to some extent the regulatory requirements.[Collection]
